Bryant Terry, eco chef, food justice activist, author, and fellow of the Food and Society Policy Fellows Program, will be kicking off this year's Ethics of Food & the Environment Series. His topic will be "Redefining Soul Food: Politics and Pleasures of Food and Eating in the Black Communities."
